Introduced
to the woodworking world in 1999 by JessEm Tool Company. The ROUT-R-LIFT
has added tremendous improvement to the table-mounted router. Changing
the cutting height of the bit from above the table sure beats the
cumbersome act of pulling the router out or reaching under the table
to make adjustments.
This innovative
product works by cranking a removable handle with a hex- shaped
shaft. Simply drop in the handle, crank the router up or down, pull
out the handle and you're ready to go! Adjustments can be made with
incredible precision - each full turn of the handle equals .05".
The plate has a dial etched with .005" increments allowing
you to make repeatable micro adjustments with ease. The ROUT-R-LIFT
offers a full 2-1/2" of vertical travel.

Constructed
of precision ground premium 6061 aluminum components and designed
to stand up to daily demands of today's top cabinetmakers, furniture
makers and other custom woodworking pros. The lift features our unique
MAST-R-RING router mounting system with
JessEm's so called "Swiss Cheese" multi-hole pattern.
We
have yet to find a router that won't fit this system! Once mounted
to the MAST-R-RING the router can
then be rotated to the most convenient position to access your
router. The insert plate centerhole is machined to accept a
large 3 - 1/2" raised panel bit and includes a 1-1/2"
diameter insert ring. Additional insert ring sets are available
separately.

Now
the solid aluminum carriage plate on the Rout-R-Lift
is predrilled for over 30 different router models. The hole
patterns are layed out in the instruction manual, you just find
your router make and model, mark your holes and mount your router
to the Mast-R-Ring. The unique
feature about the Mast-R-Ring is
not only are your holes already drilled but once you place the
ring back into the carriage plate you can rotate the
Mast-R-Ring to the best position most convenient to you.

|
| HOW
THE ROUT-R-LIFT WORKS... |
Driven
by a belt-pulley
system, you can adjust
your router up to 2-1/2"
up or down.
|
 |
The
brass threaded tensioning nut
compensates for thread clearance
providing just enough tension on
the threads to keep the carriage
from adjusting while in use.
