first truly universal router mounting plate. The
MAST-R-PLATE features our unique
MAST-R-RING
router mounting system with JessEm's so called
"Swiss Cheese" multi-hole pattern. We have yet
to
find a router that won' fit this system!
Once
mounted to the MAST-R-RING
the router can be
rotated to the most convenient position to access your
router. The insert plate centerhole is machined to
accept a large 3-1/2" raised panel bit and includes
a
1-1/2" insert ring. Additional insert ring sets are
available separately.
Insert
plate dimensions: 9-1/4" X 11-3/4"
Insert plate is machined with a 3-5/8" dia. TAB-LOC
centerhole.
The insert plate is precision machined from premium 6061
aluminum.
Includes a 1-1/2" insert ring with wrench, starting

The
MAST-R-PLATE™ is a uniquely
designed router plate that is predrilled for over 30 different
router models. Using the MAST-R-RING™
you can mount your router to the plate without having to drill
a single hole. Also, once you mount your router to the MAST-R-RING™
you can rotate the ring for optimum positioning of your router.
The
MAST-R-PLATE™ also allows you to precisely level
your router plate into your router table with its built in
leveling system.

Leveling
your plate is easy, with the hex key provided, adjust the feet
up or down. If you have JessEms' solid phenolic table top the
adjustment can be done right through the table with the pre-drilled
holes.

Included
in with the MAST-R-PLATE™
set is a 1-1/2"
insert ring, hex key for leveling, start pin and and
insert wrench for removing your insert.

The
main plate is made of 1/4" x 9-1/4" x 11-3/4"
solid
aluminum, and the MAST-R-PLATE™
is made of 1/4 aluminum.
