For many, the only obstacle to owning a Router Lift was the price. Designing a Lift to achieve a certain price was a challenge for us because there was no way we would sacrifice quality and function. Well, we believe we have achieved our goal with the Rout-R-Lift II. The new Rout-R-Lift II has many of the same great features as the Mast-R-Lift II. The spindle is mounted to a double sealed bearing making it super smooth to operate, up top locking mechanism that is actuated with the same crank handle used to raise and lower the Lift.  The Rout-R-Lift II features JessEm's Tab-Loc insert ring design, precision CNC machined components all mounted to a 3/8" X 9-1/4" X 11-3/4" phenolic insert plate. The original Mast-R-Lift was our top of the line Router Lift with tens of thousands of them in service today. We challenged ourselves to redesign our whole line of Lifts and to raise the bar in the design of Lifts in the process. The new Mast-R-Lift II is our reintroduction of this industry leading product. We included many updated features to this top of the line Lift including a new Cam-Lock  accessible from the top surface and actuated with the same crank handle to secure the spindle at any height setting, new clamping blocks that allow the use of most fixed base routers right out of the box and the spindle runs on 2 double sealed bearings making it incredibly smooth to adjust. The Mast-R-Lift II features JessEm's Tab-Loc insert ring design, precision CNC machined components all mounted to a 3/8" X 9-1/4" X 11-3/4" hard anodized insert plate.

We revamped our whole line of Router Lifts and this is the sequel to our original Mast-R-Lift Excel. We included many updated features to this top of the line Lift. The new Excel comes with a built in Cam-Lock to secure the spindle at any height setting,  new clamping blocks allowing the use of most fixed base routers right out of the box, a height adjustment mechanism running through 6 double sealed bearings and 2 gear boxes making it incredibly smooth to adjust and the option of adding a digital readout to make your height settings easy to acomplish. The Excel II features JessEm's Tab-Loc insert ring design, precision CNC machined components all mounted to a solid 3/4" X 24" X 32" phenolic top.

This is one of the handiest tools we have ever made. Just clamp the Pocket Mortise Mill II™ to your work, put the mortising bit into your cordless drill and your ready to make perfect loose tenon joints for all your projects. The Pocket Mortise Mill II™ is designed to be clamped to your workpiece either with a clamp or a bench vice and the top plate can also be removed and clamped directly to the workpiece.
